Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and NOKATI LLP (“NOKATI LLP”, “we”, “our”), which operates the StarkSeek platform (“StarkSeek”). They cover our website and every feature on it: practice, tracks, mock interviews, events, opportunities, certificates, the wallet and the rewards store.

You must be at least 13 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you are below the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or guardian has read and accepted these terms for you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

Accounts are personal and cannot be transferred. You agree not to:

• Create duplicate or secondary accounts to climb rankings, farm points or get around daily limits.
• Share, sell or rent your login or your paid plan to anyone else.
• Give false details, including false college, organization or company details.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has access to it, email contact@starkseek.com straight away.

Every solution, project and submission must be your own work. These are not allowed:

• Copying code from other participants, public repositories or AI tools during contests, timed tests or events that forbid it.
• Hardcoding expected outputs instead of solving the problem.
• Bots, auto-submit scripts, scrapers or denial-of-service attempts.
• Trying to break out of a sandbox, call internal endpoints or inject harmful payloads into our evaluation systems.
• Hiding or faking your identity in a contest or event.

• Sandboxes: your code runs in temporary, isolated environments.
• Limits: daily runs and submissions depend on your plan (Free, Pro or Elite) and reset every 24 hours. Each run has time and memory limits, typically 2 to 5 seconds.
• Verdicts: points and streaks are awarded only when all hidden tests pass. Our judging result is final.

AI hints, code reviews and interview reports are learning aids. They can be wrong, so you are responsible for checking the logic yourself. Do not put confidential employer information or other people's personal data into prompts or resumes. Mock interview scores are practice feedback and are not an assessment by any employer.

Moving through a track means completing its modules and projects to the standard shown. Certificates are proof that you completed the work and can be verified publicly. We can revoke a certificate that was earned through plagiarism or unauthorized help.

To publish events you must set up an organizer workspace and be approved by our team.

• Review: we check your organization and public channels, normally within a day. We can approve, ask for changes or decline, and we may ask for more proof at any time.
• Accurate information: you confirm that the organization and lead organizer details are true, and that you are authorized to host events for it.
• Your event, your responsibility: you are responsible for the event, its content, judging, prizes, safety and compliance with the law, including any permissions you need from a college or sponsor.
• Participant data: registrant details are given to you only to run your event. Use them for nothing else, do not sell or share them, keep them secure and delete them when they are no longer needed.
• Honest listings: do not run misleading, unsafe or unlawful events, charge hidden fees or collect money outside what the event page states.
• Removal: we can unpublish an event or suspend a workspace that breaks these terms or harms participants.

The opportunities board lists jobs, internships and fellowships posted by companies. They are for information. StarkSeek does not employ you, does not make hiring decisions and does not guarantee an interview, an offer or a salary.

• When you apply, the company receives your application, resume, answers and assignments. Only apply if you are happy for them to see it.
• Give truthful information. Companies can reject or withdraw an application that is false or plagiarized.
• Hiring terms, interviews and offers are between you and the company. Be careful with any request for payment, and tell us if a posting looks like a scam.

To post opportunities you must set up a company workspace and be approved by our team.

• Verification: we review your company details and may ask for more. We can approve, ask for changes or decline.
• Genuine postings: list only real roles with accurate descriptions, location, pay and requirements. Never ask candidates for money, deposits or fees.
• Fair hiring: do not discriminate unlawfully, and respect the law on hiring, equal opportunity and wages.
• Candidate data: use applications only to evaluate candidates for that role, keep them secure and do not sell or share them. Delete them when you no longer need them.
• Assignments: assignments should be reasonable in time and should not be used to get free work for the business.
• Removal: we can remove a posting or suspend a workspace that breaks these terms or misleads candidates.

StarkSeek offers Pro and Elite plans billed monthly or yearly, plus optional add-on packs. Payments are processed by our payment partner. Prices are shown at checkout.

If you were charged but your plan did not activate, or you were charged twice for the same order, email us with the transaction ID. We will fix it or refund the extra payment.

If your college provides StarkSeek access through a campus licence, your college controls the licence, who is enrolled and for how long. Its administrators can see the details they enrolled you with and your progress, as the Privacy Policy explains. When the licence ends, your access to licence-only features ends too. Your own account and earned points stay with you.

We can warn, restrict, suspend or close an account, remove content, or unpublish an event or posting if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, the law requires it or it is needed to protect users or the platform. We will tell you why where we can.

You can stop using StarkSeek and ask us to delete your account at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as ownership, liability and governing law, continue after your account ends.

StarkSeek is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We do not guarantee job offers, interviews, salaries, event outcomes or prizes. Organizers, companies and other users are independent of us and we are not responsible for what they do.

To the extent the law allows, the total liability of NOKATI LLP, its partners and contractors for any claim relating to your use of StarkSeek is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The competent courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms as the platform changes. For changes that matter we will update the date at the top and tell signed-in users by email or an in-app notice before they apply. If you keep using StarkSeek afterwards, you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, you can stop using the platform and ask us to delete your account.
