Agreement to Terms
Welcome to StarkSeek! By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and StarkSeek.
Account Registration
To use StarkSeek, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Not create multiple accounts to manipulate the leaderboard or system
- Not share your account with others
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Submit plagiarized or copied code as your own work
- Use automated tools or bots to complete challenges
- Manipulate XP points, rankings, or leaderboard positions
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Post offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform's security
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Scrape or extract data from the platform without permission
Warning: Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or permanent ban without refund.
Challenge Submissions
- All submissions must be your original work
- Submissions are subject to review by our admin team
- We reserve the right to reject any submission that doesn't meet requirements
- Free tier users: Reviews may take up to 1 week
- PRO members: Priority review within 48 hours
- XP points are awarded only after approval
- Rejected submissions do not earn XP points
- You retain ownership of your code, but grant us a license to review and display it
PRO Membership
PRO membership includes:
- Access to exclusive PRO challenges
- Priority review of submissions (within 48 hours)
- Special PRO badge on profile and leaderboard
- Early access to new features and events
- Exclusive rewards and benefits
Subscription Terms:
- PRO membership is billed monthly or annually
- Payment is processed at the time of purchase
- All sales are final - No refunds will be issued
- Subscriptions cannot be cancelled once purchased
- Benefits remain active for the entire duration of the purchased period
- Membership will expire automatically at the end of the paid period
Important: Please choose your subscription plan carefully. Once purchased, PRO membership cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances. Make sure you understand the commitment before proceeding with payment.
Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content on StarkSeek (challenges, designs, logos, text, graphics) is owned by StarkSeek or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
Your Content
You retain ownership of your submitted code and projects. However, by submitting content, you grant StarkSeek a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your submissions for platform operation and promotional purposes.
Certificates and Rewards
- Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of challenges
- Certificates are for personal use and cannot be resold
- Physical rewards require valid shipping information
- We are not responsible for delays in reward delivery due to external factors
- Rewards redemption is subject to availability
- XP points cannot be exchanged for cash
Limitation of Liability
StarkSeek is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for loss of data, profits, or opportunities
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
- We are not responsible for third-party content or links
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abuse of the platform or other users
- Non-payment of PRO membership fees
Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of StarkSeek after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
